First of all only use the default colour when you make a post. Different colours are only allowed in AAR's and by Moderators.

And your red makes it very hard to read what you write

1) The strength of a regiment is directly related to the income of the province it is from. The richer the province the larger the regiment. So to increase the strength of your army get good stewardship (your ruler + steward) and keep your efficiency at least above 80%.

2) The provinces don't have population so you can't increase their numbers

3) You can't influence the loyalty of your commanders, only that of your vassals. You can increase the loyalty of your vassals by sending them gifts (gold). To keep their loyalty high, get a good diplomacy-rating (your ruler+chancellor), have feudal contract law, set scutage to zero, don't get a bad reputation, get high prestige and get positive piety.

You can see what is effecting the loyalty of your vassals by hovering your mouse over their loyalty. It will give you a breakdown of what is effecting it.

4) Yes you can, just open the files with Wordpad or Notepad. But I would suggest you first play a few games to learn how everything works before you start editing files.

5) No, but most files can be edited with Notepad or Wordpad.

I'll echo what Veld says about editing your game. Part of CK's fun comes with playing the dynasty, with all the good and bad that goes along with that. Simply editing the game to make you l33t kills the fun (and you'll never learn to play it that way).

Thanks allot
I truly appreciate your response "Veldmaarschalk"

Well, Veld fairly much answered all your questions so I thought I'd just add some emphasis to the fact that the best way to learn is NOT to mod the game into invincibility :D
