Here's how I installed it:

First I created an empty folder named AGCEEP in the EU2 folder, then put EGUFSM files in it, after that I installed AGCEEP in the EU2 folder, and then I put the EGUFSM alternative CoA's in the AGCEEP folder.

I did this with AGCEEP Deluxe version.

Hope that helps you out.

Are instructions in AGCEEP website not clear enough?

Better ask then in this thread. ;)

EGUFSM can be installed in EU2 main folder if you don't want to reinstall it after each AGCEEP update. Be aware it will apply to vanilla too in this case (this graphical mod was made for this in the first place).

BMP files to replace hanging flags as CoA for modern countries (Great Britain, France Tricolour, etc...) with corresponding shield (or true CoA) in AGCEEP.
