I would like to let the player do a Special Project targeting a planet of his choosing (any planet, even an enemy one), but I'm stumped in how to go about it.

In CK2, I would usually make a decision, that would apply to the currently selected char.

Is it possible to do something similar ?

I just saw it was one of the requested feature in the mod request thread. :(

I 'm looking into a workaround using the orbit scope (i.e. send a specific ship to orbit a planet, scope the ship, scope the orbit of the ship), though it won't work if you don't have access.
