How to load mods??

I know this is a dumb question, but how do you load mods on AOD?

I tried to download the New World Order Mod. I got the file and tried to extract it into the AODF frile, and it did overwrite some files, but there is no NWO tab in the scenarios list.

What am I doing wrong.

Can't comment on the NWO mod, but ours should be as simple as to download the installer(s), and point to your AoD directory during install. If you're using Steam you need to modify the launching options as well, but that's pretty much it.
