Jewel case Europa Universalis is 4.99€ in the stores.

Also www.amazon.de has second-hand sellers that hold and sell it without the trust issue of ebay, so you can get it for one euro + shipping

I don't know what copy protection different publishers use, but I think it might be a troubled area - many nations laws allow you to make backup copies for personal use, although latest changes in EU-laws for copyright reduces/removes this opportunity as far as I understood it and even if copying rights exist common phrasing in EULA:s (End User Licence Agreement) across the world is that basically "You are allowed to make backups for archival purposes, but you must the original CD-ROM to install and run the program".

So it is likely that discussing CD-cloners might constitute discussing methods of piracy since the only need for a good CD-copyer is when you are trying to circumvent copy protection.. so if you have read this far I again suggest that you visit amazon.de or some software stores close to home, or go looking for forums more specialized in the matter.
