How to make all Space Race buildings available?

Hello all!

I just bought Space Race and I'm trying to make it possible via the Mod Editor that all unique buildings (Mega Mall, Adv. Stirling Generator etc.) can be built by one single sponsor. I've tried everything but still to no avail. Can you help me out please?

Related question: Is it in any way possible to get to the unique buildings through trading with other colonies?

No idea about modding. But I think it's a great idea to get the other colonies special buildings if we have enough very high relations with them for a long time and after giving them many gifts or help with special events and such, or otherwise as a very hard to achieve espionage set of events/missions.
