Curious if someone can help me make a realistic senate mod that mods the senate to be filled up in a realistic manner from the perspective of dual-sided parliamentary chambers

Hello, I just found out how to do this (I don't know how much you know, so I'll just write step-by-step):

The simple way is opening the gui editor (2D tools in the in-game console) and clicking on the right part of the senate, then in the file tree select "[dynamicgridbox]" above it. In the properties, click on the little plus, which is to the far right of the word "Properties" with a descending arrow next to it. From the list, select "layoutanchor". You will get a new option with a drop-down box, from it, select either "bottomleft" or "bottomright", and that should do the trick :)

You can also edit it in yourself in gui/government_view.gui, of course.

Here's a screenshot (with another mod enabled):
