Hi, I'm trying to access the mod editor but all it does is start a new game and open up a black popup called "Ged" which has nothing in it. Help!

This happened to me as well. Just exit the game completely. and try again. if it doesnt work, try rebooting. I suspect its a ghost process still running in the background affecting it from starting up.
