How to play the game in English?

I've configured the game in the library to show the contents in English, but all the menu options are bein shown in Spanish:

Do I need to do anything else to force the game to be shown in English?

Options menu, fifth option down is Gameplay, 3rd option is language.

I also had to change it twice in Options menu, the first time was still showing in Spanish.
I had to change it once, reset the game, enter again in the game, (it was showing in spanish although the option selected was English), click apply (without select another language), and then, after resetting, it worked.
If I changed it once, the change didn't applied, only when I already have it selected, reboot the game, and click on Applied without changing the language the English language was applied.
