How to post a figure/picture

Hello, may someone advice me how to post a figures or photos in the forum?

In-game, press the "Print Screen" button. That copies the image to your Windows clip-board. Now Alt-Tab out to desktop, and run "Paint" (or Irfanview, or some other graphics program). Point your cursor into the graphics window and press Control-V to paste the image into the graphics program. Save it as a JPEG or other compact file-type. Upload it to your free account at Photobucket or Imageshack.
