I started playing GFM as Germany. My goal was to go for historical borders of Germany and their colonial empire but also to absorb Austria (which includes non German territories of Slovenia/Krain, Sudetenland, Bohemia, Moravia and Istria). Now those are the territories that Austria have cores on and once absorbed Germany gets as well. Is there a way to code a decision that would remove Austrian cores? My logic here is once I incorporate Austria into Greater Germany I don't want to let them go again.

I noticed also once you form Germany, German minors like Saxony or Bavaria lose their cores. Is there way to replicate this effect into Austria?

I would assume that the decision to form Germany includes the code to remove those Saxon and Bavarian cores, or else calls up another routine to remove them. Adding the Austrian provinces to that list should do what you want.

In GFM there’s an event “Greater Germany”. It works in a way that if you kick Austria down to become secondary power and sphere them on, after 6 months, the event fire where they (AUS) want to join Germany. Last night I tried to mod this event by making sure AUS will lose its cores. In a day or two I’ll report here if it works and drop the files for anyone to use it.

Fun fact, I didn’t had problems with Italy to erase Slovenian and Croatian cores in Istria and Dalmatia. I even managed to erase Albanian cores but with Getmany no such luck.
