Probably not a CK2Plus issue but it could be plus since I only play CK2Plus, I'll post here: basically I keep getting completely baseless "tyrant" opinion malus.

In some bug cases in the past, I wasn't sure what's going on due to game being too busy etc. - this is not one of those cases. I am 100% sure I did nothing wrong. I mean literally doing nothing, I'm having lunch here, playing the game in fast speed waiting for king to die, BOOM! I get more tyrant. Grant a county BOOM! have some more tyranny!

This being the case, I would like to edit and remove tyrant flag from savegame. In fact, if possible, it's better doing it via console. Could anybody please tell me how to do this?

I did it in the past but can't find it in my notes and can't find in google either. I read about 15 posts before posting this thread, including CK2 cheat pages, everybody asking, some guys came back and posted "okay I did it" but they don't explain how! remove_trait tyrant1/2/3/4 did not work. found some clear char flag command that didn't work either.

I did compare two of my savegams, withBug & withoutBug: I noticed character trait 82 appeared later on. Removed it, didn't fix the issue.

Keep in mind that doing things which your council doesn't agree with will give you tyranny. It would be nice if the game had some kind of warning about it, but that's generally the cause - and it's hard-coded, so there's not much a mod can do about it.

There are no console commands to remove an opinion modifier, however. The only way to remove it would be via a custom decision.

I didn't do anything though. It's definitely a bug, there are several other posts about it here.

Do you know what to remove from savegame to clear tyranny?

Again: hard-coded.

It's an opinion modifier held by your subjects toward you.

When you say hard-coded, you mean CK2Plus team cannot change it? That, I understand.
But the way game behaves, is a bug with the vanilla game then because I did not take any drastic actions, I did not refuse any council requests (there were none). So sitting in my castle, I suddenly get a massive (-40 opinion malus) which became (-60) in a few moments. It's literally game breaking for me as I stopped playing after this - came here looking for a solution.

So if I understand correctly, I have to edit the savegame in many places (for each subject) and remove the malus? wow that's a lot of work. Especially if this hard-coded-vanilla behavior (which I call a bug) keeps happening I will need to keep modifying all the time. I don't understand how is this not an issue for every single CK2 player.
