Hi all,
Some of you might have tried to access one of the Paradox Wikis through Internet (or, in the case of some Paradox Games, as Stellaris, through the In-Game Browser) and come across a puzzling and obscure error message like this:
( The last part after "Details" seem to change even after refreshing....so the main point are the part above that... )
This issue seem to occur most often to those community members who use a VPN, but some people had a similar problem as I did...they are just trying to access the Wiki directly from their ISP, but still they get this message, moreover, being blacklisted from visualizing the Wiki, they'd not be able to check the Wiki Contact Us page, which explains that the person to contact (through a private message [PM] on this forum) is the Wiki Administrator SolSys.
What is happening above is essentially that your IP is being seen by the filtering system of the Wiki as a "fishy datacenter" due to some specific technical aspects of how they work, so the way to solve the issue is to inform the Wiki Admin and provide him a handful of technical infos he needs:
I have decided to create this post on the Paradox Forum so that other community members will have an alternate location where to find what's happening, who to contact and how to help SolSys solve their problem by providing him all the technical details he needs.
P.S.: If possible I'd ask the forum administrators, if it is not a big trouble, if this info thread could be added to the pinned threads, because, while I am not able to quantify how many people had the issue, I saw many threads talking about this specific error here, on Steam, on Reddit, etc...obviously if you happen to come across some post or thread even outside these forums, feel free to share the link!
Note: I have edited the post to take out the too technical part which was kind of "hazy" to me as well, so I have replaced it with a simpler explaination.

- So if you are NOT using a VPN, you should contact the Wiki Administrator SolSys by PM and provide him the ISP, IPv.4 and IPv6 details you could get from this website, so that he may know that your ISP is also one of those exceptions who aren't fishy, but have an unique ASN for desktop and mobile.
- Moreover users from some Countries (i.e., China or Russia) whose languages are supported by Paradox games (and as such make up a big part of the community) might need to use a VPN while accessing internet, so in those specific case you might want to try to contact SolSys anyway to see if he can help you too.
