This topic probably doesn't belong here but I couldn't post anywhere else so I must apologize if it is deemed necessary. I was wondering if there was any way to bring down the fort level in a province before attacking it with ground forces. Having just gotten the game I am still learning the ropes before actually moving up to online play. It just seems almost impossible to take down certain key areas with high fort levels in places like Finland. Any help with strategy would be appreciated, along with an explanation as to why this is the only section I can post in.
