Hi all.

I am playing with Germany, year is 1881 and i haven't made any reform yet. Now i face with much revolts, i guess it is a result of not making reform. But i am not sure and i am not sure about which reforms i should do either. My plurality is 12 if it makes any meaning. So should i make any reforms or stay same?

If I remember rightly, in one of the tables in the ledger there's a list of all the POPs which you can sort by militancy. Again if I remember ightly, hovering your mouse over this will show how much it's changing by per month, and what is causing it - eg lack of different kinds of reforms. That should tell you what is most needed.

Low plurality should be a good thing if you're some sort of monarchy still.

I haven't got it installed on this computer to check though, thanks to a hard drive failure.
