As the title says, I'm wondering how I can upgrade the building in my capital (small nomadic horde), because there seems to be no decision for it. Anyone know how to do this?

Prestige, they don't follow anyone who hasn't proven themselves. I think your khal upgrades at 2.5k prestige, but I've only played the Dothraki once so don't quote me on it.
