I've read all section in this forum about vassalization and annexation.

I played as Tuscany, and trying to vassalize Parma.
But the option in diplomatic screen doesn't lighten up!!
how could this be?

I have all the conditions :
-bordered province
-relations +200
-military alliance
-ROyal marriage
-greater country since i've started by 2 province

what should i do now????
Is it a bug or should i just leave it??

Still cannot

I do have 6 diplomat (i believe that's the maximum number)

I don't do war with anybody else and either does Parma.
I think everything is perfect. But still the option doesn't come.

I've play as france and at the beginning at the game, I try to vassalize savoy. Well savoy always refuse the offer, but at least there is an option to try vassallize savoy!!

In this case between Tuscany and Parma, what am I missing?
should i wage war against papal state, so I can be greater country with more province???

You may try to play it.
Choose the scenario campen italian(or whatsoever), pick tuscany as your country, get the option forced annexation on, fill all the conditions needs for vassalize parma.
If you could do it, then there must be something wrong with my software(Us version).
(could this happen??)
