How with start 1930-1965?(HOI 2 DD)

i want just my HOI 2 DD start from 1930 to 1965.

i had write startdate 1930 and endstart 1965 in folder scenarios with files (1936)

but that dont start from 1930..only from 1935..
so can i got this start 1930? if yes,
what files and more??

plz tell me how and sry my ugly english

You need to use the No Time Limit mod.

one more..is AI so very agressive?? if no how can i got AI more agressive?
maybe other nice AI-patch program?
