1) HQ would have to be a brigade rather than a division, because HQ division can slow down its armycorps. And it's a problem with armoured and mechanized corps.
HQ division are kept but become logistical division with a better bonus for the divisions in the province where it is stopped.

2) There is no a malus for looses.A division with 50% of its strengh is as effective as a division with 100% strengh. So a malus which ris with losses would be a good and a realist thing.

3) There is a problem...in french version, there is no the number of carrier in the spying screen.

4) And an idea for new tech teams...Italia, Germany or France don't have a doctrine tech teams with carrier tactics speciality. But these countries can build and use carrier. So i would like the possibility to create new tech teams with officiers who are fighting. Their differents assignments would give their specialities.

I think a HQ should be a division, but I don´t think, that a HQ can have brigades. HQ with a brigade is much too strong and too fast if you compare it with other units.

But take a hell of alot of time and cost to make.

But it's already possible. You can add an AA, AT or artillery brigade at a HQ division.

I would that a HQ become a brigade which would be added at a division, with the same effects (command limit *2 and combat events), and the HQ division become a logistical division, with horses or trucks.

And i repeat but it would be great to can built TC points like transports or escorts.

It is my understanding that exactly this "unit strength" penalty is already coded into the combat engine... and a unit at 50% strength only does 50% damage with each successful hit.

Do you have evidence that no such modifier exists?

I tought taht there was not a malus for losses because when you click on a division during a combat, there isn't a malus, like weather, terrain or commander traits, and the efficienty combat percentage is the same for a division with 100% of its strengh and a division with the half of its men.

I add one thing :

It's not the good forum but i can't post in the FAQ forum...

So someone would can explain me the system of surprise and interception ?
