The speed of HQ with ENG is set to 1, otherwise is 5. Is it WAD? AOD 1.07 with IC 1.02.

Furthermore - only speed of HQ unit with Engineers (ENG) brigade is set to 1. Others units has no problem with warped speed with additional engineers brigade.
