HRE De Jure

Description​

From the wiki: "Completely controlled kingdoms outside of Italia will become de jure part of Holy Roman Empire" when reestablishing the HRE. Meanwhile, all of Germania that I controlled remained Germania, and was inherited by a different son.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Form Italia to keep your realm from splitting under your sons.
2. Conquer East Francia.
3. Acquire another kingdom (Burgundy, in my case.)
4. Take the decision to restore the HRE.
5. Die.
6. Your heir only gets Burgundy.

Found the problem: the tooltip misled me into thinking I had to hold the lands, not the titles.

Not a bug, but the tooltip should definitely be rewritten to specify you need to hold the actual titles.
