You should get a rar-file containing two folders:"ai" and "db".The "db file contains a "events.txt" and a "events"-folder.In the "events-folder theres a "Aregorn" folder with finally a file called "dt_addon(61000...),this file contains all of the new (and really,really great) events.
Caution:The "ai" folder does NOT go to the "HSR"-folder,but into the ...Doomsday/ai folder.

Yes,that`s right.Germany will be used as a blueprint for the other nations,that`s why they are done first (and it`s the most-played nation).Atm Germany is quite overpowerd,but the modders promised this will change.I strongly recommend to try it out,it`s already fun and the modders need feedback.

The file is in the "Aregorn" folder,but it is hidden (some kind of strange sense of humor by modders,I didn`t realize).Make yor Windows show hidden files (sorry,can`t tell you how to do it,as I am using the German version and don`t know the English options`names).

I just want to announce,that Germany isn`t overpowered anymore.The modders adapted Germany`s upgrades for the Allies and SU,though this is only a workaround (finally all major some minor nations) will have their own upgrades.
