Huge Problems - Modded Start-up and loading

Hello fellow citizens of the Evil Paradox DLC Empire, my game of C:S has major problems, it seems to be a gamble wheather my game will even make it to the Main menu or crash at our Glorious Logo with that Dino thing, and if it starts it takes no joke around half an hour to load up one of my modded saves, does anyone have any tips that could at least solve the Start up problem?

You say "modded", which means you use at least the mods "Less Steam" and "Loading Screen Mod"? Those should at least make the start bearable.
