456 divs dispatched to watch the southern border,123 divs to advance into Prezemsyl, taken on the 10 and then to head for Warsaw via Lublin. 789 to follow up a day behind the lead corps.

Polish counter attack into prez catches 789 unprepared, and we have to attack them in the forrests instead of defending in them, lead corps at lublin presses on, tact air requested for Prez.
Sept 12.
Counter attack at Lublin driven off with ease, by a unidentified div.
Sept 13.
789 divs aided by tact air, Polish 2 Inf Div identified and targeted by air strikes, M Gen Attila will continue to strike this taget over the coming days.
123 divs under Backay reach the outskirts of Warsw, and engage the 30 Inf div that is entrenched there.

Gen staff eastimate our 789 divs with air will defeat the polish forces, even though reinforced by a second div. They also say Warsaw defences are to weak to hold of our corps.
Our intel is that the 2 poles(at Prez) div is at 80% and losing cohesion fast, while the fresh 33 has just enterd the battle, out own 9=85% effective while 78 are at 92% and in excellent cohesion
At Warsaw, 30 Polish is at 72% and losing cohesion, while our 123 are 94%+ and excellent cohesion.
Germany has taken the borders of poland in the west, they use massive airial attacks then follow up with inf and armour, backed by powerfull art.
Conclusion, we lack an integral art brigade in our force structure, its would double the volume of firepower a div posseses.
Minister of war instructed to create the first of these new division, he says 3 months to get in the field.

Warsaw falls, but not poland, FM Backay reports he sustained 10 losses in his 123 divs, but is good order for further operations, he is orderd to hold warsaw untill relief fights its way up from the SE. The border in the south is stripped to provide that force.
In Prez M Gen Farkas report his 3 divs are at 80%, but that the oposistion is starting to crumble, dissent is aparantly rife with the fallof the capital and the polish units are starting to come apart.

Lublin has fallen to Polish troops, unidentified div, german forces are thought to be heasding east from Konigsberg.
Sept 18.
10, 28 polish divs arrive in prez, the situation has thus changed to our disadvantage, the 2 Pole inf div was at 50% and falling apart, but the other 3 are strong, and help from the south is 5 days away.
Sept 20.
Situation in Prez becoming critical, 7,8 divs are at 65% and no longer combat effective, 9 is stronger and covers the retreat to Slavakia.
Germany takes, Lodz, Torun and reopens supplies to Warsw, on the 21st Krakow and Czestchowa fall.

Polish 10, 2, 33, 28 divs follow us into Slavakoa, our rear guard is joined by Slovak 1 div and we have the advantage of good hill ground to defend, between now and the 26 we recive the border divs comming up and tact bombing from our airforce, on the 27 the poles 28(55%), 33(68%), 2(22%), 10(51%) strong with the 2id combat inefective retreat, our divs average 85% and in good order, however replacements and ressuply is sent to bring them back to full strength for their drive back into poland.

Germany takes Lublin, Suwalki, Grodno, while we return to Prez and Lwow, with no resistance left poland is handed an ultimatum and accepts defeat, Hungary, at a cost of 2.5 div equivalent losses has gained east poland, and Warsaw, and all the industry and resources they contain.
