Hungarian Migration - Legitimacy interaction is broken.

Description​

This is probably not a bug but rather just an oversight. When doing the Hungarian migration, the old titles are 'usurped' causing your legitimacy to plummet to 0, as if you'd lost those titles.

Steps to reproduce​

Just complete the Hungarian migration.

Hello! I was trying to reproduce this issue, but i never lost that much legitimacy. Could you provide a save when that occurs? Ideally before winning the war. Loss of legitimacy is just -20 for me.

Last night in a MP game my friend had the same thing happen when they launched an adventure as Haesteinn
Note: It didn't plummet to zero, but i suspect that due to having one county.
