Hunting Activity Will Not Advance

Description​

I accepted a hunting invitation from a vassal and chose "Slay Beast" as my intent. After 7 activities were registered in the activity log, I came upon a screen that has repeated endlessly. It states, "Despite our best efforts, we were unable to get close to the hart herd: they sensed us each time we neared, fleeing and going to ground. It is nearly too dark to continue, we will have to admit defeat at the hands of the deer ..." I am given the option of "You cannot win them all ...", but each time I select it, the same screen reappears. I cannot make any progress in the game, and cannot kill the activity. The date I am stuck on is December 11, 870. "Success Chance" of 41.5%

Steps to reproduce​

Accept hunting request from vassal, select "Slay Beast" as activity.
