When your neighbor has open borders, the hyperlanes are blue as shown in figure 1

when your neighbor has closed the borders it changes to red color as shown in figure 2

However, the red color reaches my system.... Is there a way to control this range at least half as shown in figure 3?,

(that is, half red and the other half corresponding to my domains in color blue)
In figure 3 you can see that something changes color near my system but the blue color is very little, if the colors were shared up to the middle it would be perfect

Don't think so, no. As far as I know, the shader always affects the entire hyperlane.

But I don't think it'd be a good idea anyway, why exactly would you want "your" half to be blue? It being red means "you can't use this to travel between systems", it's not about who owns it. Making your half blue would imply being able to traverse it, and it seems to me that it'd be misleading visual clutter for no reason.

the reason is very simple; now it is possible to make it so that the empires that have their borders closed cannot see their hyperlanes either, however it would be a good reminder to have at least half of the hyperlane of some color with the neighbor on the border until relations improve
