I keep gaining their land, and it's getting annoying reassigning them, is there a way to prevent this?

Ditto this... EXACTLY how does the khalasar thing work? I'm so confused. Where can you see how many points you currently have because I lost all my lands one game because I ran out of points.

Every Dothraki lord needs at least one khalasar level, that is the building found in your capital holding. So if you want to grant lands to a courtier you need to make sure you have at least two khalasar levels.
