i am able to open the paradox citites skylines launcher but when i hit the play button to load into the acctual game it gives me an error message and

Expected Result​

An error message (the attached image) pops up and it says somethings wrong with my game this has stopped me from being able to enter the game.

Actual Result​

what's happening is stopping me from loading into cities skylines.

Steps to reproduce​

I didn't do this it just started happening and i don't know why

I have verified game files, i have uninstalled, i have tried increasing my page file size (not sure if i did it right). i have done everything the error message says to do. I'm also running on windows 10, my rams 15.9gb. i did the command (sfc /scannow) in cmd and it came up with nothing
