However it will not accept my CD Key. I have repeatedly entered it so I am almost sure it is correct. Is there any solution for this problem?

Aren't you meant to contact Paradox Interactive customer service in this case? Im not sure...

Did you try to copy/paste the code? There could be a misunderstanding of letters (happened to me once). In any case, if it doesn't work, please contact either support@paradoxplaza.com, or try to PM Kallocain the community manager. She can wave her magic wand and make problems like these go away!
