I bought all the new DLC via Steam, too. Verified the cache for all game content a couple of times.
I have all the (bought) DLC in the launcher visible and only Sunset Invasion unticked. However, in the game starting screen it states "New content is now available to purchase" and shows the Hymns to the Old Gods. When I click it, it brings me to the Steam "Hymns to the Old Gods" page and states I already own it (as I do).
Strangely enough, in Steam when I go to CK2 -> properties, it doesn't show the Hymns in my DLC list. Additionally, in Windows, when I click Steam tiny logo down onmy screen it shows CK2 AND the Hymns separately, as if the Hymns were a separate game. When I click the the Hymns, it naturally fails.

We are aware of this issue. Seems it can only be resolved on Steam's side. We have contacted them and are awaiting their response.
Great news! My Old Gods and Norse faces and units seem to work anyway so I can already enjoy!
It works now. I was playing Killing Floor and when I stopped Steam had downloaded the DLC.
I bought the game from GamersGate. In the launch window, it says I have it, but when I go play nothing...
Also, I don't have the option to update to 1.10, the game says the latest update it 1.092...
