I currently have the problem that I can no longer click on anything in the main menu, so I can no longer start or load a game.

I have already reinstalled the game, but unfortunately this has not helped.

Any ideas?

Version: 1.3.1-67360
 
I have no clue but it could be the graphic driver, a conflict with another input device like a joystick, controller, some other USB device, even a mod if there exist some for this game or another third party software.
