When I try to install patch 1.06c I got an error looking like this:

The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted.
Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again.
Can anybody help me?
PS: This is my first visit on the forum, so please forgive me (and tell me) if I am doing any thing wrong.
Its working now !!!!!! But what did I do ??????
First I changed HoI settings from screen resolution 1280X1024 to 1024X768.
Second I installed scand. vers. 1.05 (downloaded it first) (I had ver. 1.00 before)
And finally I installed 1.06c directly from the support forum (without downloading it first)
