I cannot find the latest patch for Arma.
Do you know where it is? I tried the "1.3a is the latest patch" thread's redirect, and that came up as a 404.

The thread you are referring to is NOT the patch for Arma (says so at the top of the post).

Go to the main HOI2 Forum and click on the link for Arma patches there.
