I cannot get the game to run, please help.

I have a retail disc version of the game. I bought a new computer and the game will not run. I have Windows Vista? (whatever the new version is, the shitty one). I have d/led the game from the disc and it always just stops working and I have to control/esc/delete because it gets stuck and says "not responding". The game worked fine on my old computer so I imagine it is something with Vista. My old computer had Windows XP. I am looking at the FAQ but cannot seem to find any help, can anyone suggest anything?


Also, as a side note, is there somewhere I can buy EU3 as a cheap download instead of buying a more expensive disc at the mall? THanks for help.

Actually, I think the tech support forum would be even better. The EU2 and Vista thread there might help you; if it doesn't, either start your own thread or post onto that one. In either case, make sure to read the sticky threads first.

And I got EU3 Complete for $10 at GameStop; I don't know if you have them around or not.
