I can't download any scenerios, help pls

Everytime I got to d/l a scenerio or the IGCit starts fine then reaches 100% the d/l icon disapears and is replaced with a screen saying "Your service profile is damaged, reinstall your services profile"

I have tryed to find this "service profile" put can't. ANY help would be appreacited pls.

Which Browser do you use?
With Netscape 6.0 I've the same Problem.
But IE5.5 works without this Problem.
