I can't download larger mods

Steps to reproduce​

When I try downloading larger mods like asset icon library I encounter with this error "Sorry, Paradox Mods services failed to complete the request. We were unable to add the mod this time."

Expected Result​

I can download region packs, asset icon library, etc.

Actual Result​

I encounter error

All mods in this game download to the C: drive , regardless of where you've installed the game. Make sure you have enough free space on C: to hold them. The official region packs in particular are very large!


IF that doesn't help, Can you please provide the player.log
Located in \AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II (To see the AppData folder you’ll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)

I have about 60 GB of free space.

I guess this is the error:

But I'm not actually sure what it means is the problem.

What DNS service do you use? You might try switching it to the Google one:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
