why i can't join eny game i check my firewall and router and it stop working few week ago my version is JLQC 1.3a what matter?

I also cannot connect to any itnernet game.
Just please don't point me to the router set up thread, because I don't have any router, any firewall, even the windows XP built in firewall is disabled. I have direct connnect to the internet, not being behind any NAT, no LAN's.
I have a public IP, and no problems hosting other games or connecting to them, like FPP games or whatever.
Each time I try to connect I have the 'no game host under xxx ip check your router'.
So, what's the deal?

Nobody could help them and i don't know why this happens.
Ok thanks... that doesn't sound too good.
But if more people have problems with it, aren't our game programmers supposed to do something about that?
I tried to run the game with my friend, no luck at his place either.
And by the way, anyone knows if this problem is related only to the internet? Will the game work on LAN ?
