Good morning,

1 - I got the game on epic games and I can play EU4 single player without any problem;
2 - I can play multiplayer in other paradox games like Hearts of Iron 4 without any problem;
3 - I can log in the launcher without any problem;
4 - But inside the EU4 game, when I click the multiplayer button, the game show me a pop up to log in, but after I type my email and password the game says `` Failed to sign in. Check your internet connection and try again. ``;
5 - When I type the wrong password the message appears faster;
6 - I can connect to my Epic Games account inside of the game, but cannot into the Paradox account.

Obs. I already allowed the game on my firewall and didn't changed anything.

If you use Windows Defender firewall, both eu4.exe and paradox launmcher.exe need to be allowed in both the Private and Public columns there. If you use any other firewall it will have a similar function.

If that doesn't help, can you test by connecting to the internet via a VPN or a mobile phone hotspot? That will rule out any firewall between you and us.

I allowed it on my firewall (eu4.exe and bootstrapper-v2) but it doesn't help.

If I type the wrong password, the error message appears much faster, so I think the problem isn't with the connection between me and the servers.

I'll keep searching for ways to solve it, but thank you so much for the help.

That shows this is indeed a firewall issue somewhere - either within Windows, your internet router/modem, or your ISP.

If you use the Windows Defender firewall, eu4.exe needs to be in its Public and Private exception lists.

Otehrwise it's probably time to contact your ISP, especially if they supplied your modem.
