i cant open dialogue with any enclave even the mercenary ones i make. i run no mods, it wont work on ironman and non ironman modes. i click on their flags and it just closes to the map. i open contacts click on there names and it just closes to map. i uninstalled and reinstalled twice. deleted all my saves and tried new games. nothing works. it used to work and i dont know when it stopped working because i always played hive. now im trying to play corpo and make mercenary enclaves and i cant talk to them.is this a known glitch?

Have you tried contacting using the "Other" list in the Contacts Screen? Otherwise you should be able to contact them through clicking on the "Castle" symbol on their system in the Galaxy View.

yes, nothing seams to work. could there be a policy stopping me from contacting them? or is it a glitch. I also get locked first contacts. it will just spin and nothing happens then when i take my envoy off it and try to put it back later it says its locked.

Sounds like you need to submit an bug report. I've never encountered anything like that.
