I can't plan my Grand Wedding

Description​

Unable to plan a grand wedding due to what I assume is my character being considered as always being on an activity despite that not being the case. Have tried to plan wedding with numerous characters and the only common denominator seems to be my character. Saw that it might've been fixed in the latest patch but seems I've still managed to run into it. Have previously in this save managed to plan two separate weddings so this one is a first.

Steps to reproduce​

Tricky to say, just following the same steps as intended with me:

1. Promising to plan wedding when being betrothed
2. Attempting to plan the wedding through the activity tab
