I can't play any saves on xbox series X or xbox one

Since the last update of this game the game despite having all the dlc that I have installed, some appear as installed or obtained in the store of the game itself, but when starting a game it tells me that I do not have the dlc when in fact I do have them installed I upload the images of the DLC it happens to me in the Xbox Edition version and in the remastered one, if I have the active Gold subscription of 12 months, this happens since the last update they released of the game

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the XBox
- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

- install the game again
- test BEFORE restoring any saved games

I have already done that and I continue to give error I understand that they are developing oe lcities skyline 2, which is 1 year late for consoles since it has not yet come out but I think it is very important that if in previous games there are errors they are fixed

The failure of the Xbox store and account to implement DLCs in the game couldn't be fix by a game patch anyway. If it was a game but everyone would get it!

I have to say I am surprised that didn't help; are you confident you went through all those steps?

Can you test this on some other Xbox you might have access to, using your Xbox account?

I have another console and I get the same error in both the Xbox Edition version and the remastered version

Then the issue must be in your Xbox account, I'm afraid! Please contact their support for help on that.
