I can't play multiplayer! HELP!

We have two computers connected and we both have the same game version (1.2 REBB) installed. We tried to play LAN but we failed. I switched off all the firewalls and so on and we still can't find each other's game. The Lan connetion is done properly. Is this a problem that we have only one copy of the game?
 
problem solved

I soved the problem. If you have the same issue or similar just make sure that ALL firewalls including system protection are off. Remember to switch off the internet connection too as well as routers.
