I cant research turobjet CAS.

I can get turobjet multi-role fighters but not the CAS version? Why? The page only says i need turbojet research and doesnt mention anything else.

I also cant seem to research 1942 transports as Germany....

Turbojet CAS requires Functional Turbojet Engine, 1942 Light Bomber (CAS) and Rudimentary Air-to-Ship Missile (you should see the R on the Secret Weapons screen for this).

1942 Transport Plane should only really require 1940 Transport, but I'm looking at 0.3.2 files currently and it may be that it requires Radar Devices in the 0.3.1 and earlier. If you can't research it, try Radar Devices and then 1943 Electronics.

The game wont allow me to research rudimentary ASM...

I have radar devices and 1943 electronics but i cant research 1942 transports. These techs need to list their precise requirements on the screen...it says it needs military designs but thats disabled because Germany has licence build aircraft....

Aircraft-DD co-ordination doesnt have all requirements listed either.

Rudimentary ASM requires 1943 Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (this isn't ideal, but its setup this way since Rudimentary ASM activates a new NAV unit).

Military Design can be researched by first researching Policy Change (which requires either 1939 TAC or 1940 STR). I remember now, though,this requirement has been dropped from all Transport aircraft for next version.

What is 1943 patrol and recon aircraft? 1943 naval aircraft?

Yes, its been renamed. Naval Bomber should hopefully reappear in a future version.
