I can't see the menu but only the sea when I play the game through the launcher

Steps to reproduce​

After the new update, the problem occurred. I found the problematic file in player.log by referring to the steam bulletin board, but the path was not known. So, I tried various things such as running without mode, reinstalling the game, and performing integrity checks, but it was not solved

to be able to execute a game

Actual Result​

be unable to execute a game

What mods do you have installed?​

Multiple mods (but I disabled them when I was running the game and ran the game, but the same issue occurred)

Looks like a corrupted save file in the Steam cloud:

[FileSystem] [ERROR] Error occured with steam file 20 ,mkl.cok ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip.ZipException: Cannot find central directory

It is possible the space and/or comma characters in that filename are a problem. Put Steam in offline mode and start the game, do you still get this?
