I can't start Crusader Kings III

Hello,
Forgive my English, I'm French, I hope to be understandable ...

Summary: CK3 - Game crashes shortly after start
Game Version: 1.0.3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 64-bit
Platform: Steam
Mods: None
Pain threshold: Unable to play...

- I uninstalled the game
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/CK3 and Documents/Paradox/CK3 folders + Ccleaners
- reinstalled the game
- run a Steam Verify when done
- add CK3.exe to the exceptions list of my antivirus app (Avast)
- run this program as an administrator and launcher
- check that my drivers are up to date

And despite this, the game launches, but fails to reach the splash screen before crashing

I don't go further than this screen.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Are you overclocking anything? If so does disabling that help at all?

Here is the requested DXDIAG file.

I don't overclock anything normally.

Yesterday I noticed I didn't have the correct launcher version, but I'm fine with 2020.11 version this morning.

The AMd driver is 5 years old and there are crashes in Radeon software in there.

Please try this:

- uninstall existing driver with this tool:

- reboot
- instal the drive from May 2020 from here:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

- reboot again
