Everytime I pick "Open ticket" or "Submit a request" it askes me to login, even though I already am. Whether I click on Sign in at the top of the page, or Login lower in the page, all that happens is the login option lower in the page goes away and I make 0 progress. I have no need for a Paradox Interactive account and I want my account deleted.

paradoxzendesk redirects you to supportparadoxplaza (This site won't let me post a link or anything that looks vaguely like it, I'm trying multiple different ways of getting this post up without being super cryptic. I don't know how you can do it). But yeah, it's supportparadoxplaza that isn't working right for me. I had the same problem deleting my account at Nexon, which seems to have a very similar support setup as Paradox Interactive. But at Nexon, after multliple attempts, I eventually was able to sign-in, whereas here it doesn't matter how many times I try, it's pretty broken.
paradox.zendesk.com should not redirect anywhere so far as I know ... in any case have you tried different browsers, or an Incognito page?
I tried a different browser and it worked, so thanks for that suggestion

But paradoxzendesk does indeed redirect to supportparadoxplaza.After further investigation, it seems the issue I was having is that if you have your browser set to block cookies, you can't sign in to supportparadoxplaza.
