ok I was having trouble with the game crashing to the desktop so I did a proper uninstall using the guide you have in the tech support forum. That went fine no problems at all. I reinstalled the game and after fifteen minutes of the computer telling me that the game wasn't installed even though I could play it just fine I reset the system. I then tried to patch it and the patch seemed to install just fine. I booted the game up again and it said it was playing under ver 1.0 so I tried to uninstall it. The computer says its uninstalled and everything but it won't uninstall I can still play the game just like normal. I can even go through the control panel and try ot take it out that way and I have the same problem. I don't think its something I did because I've never had this problem before.
I'd try reinstalling it again but I've got to get it off my system. At this point though reformating my hard drive isn't an option at this time. I'd love to play the current version but I need to reinstall it and to do that I've got to get it off first.
Any recomendations?
