I can't update my mod!!!!!

Hey there,

I have a big problem
I can't update my mod I don't know why.

He tells me the mod is found in workshop but I can't update it because
I have a archieve field?

The mod is not(!) subscribed,
so it is not shown in the launcher anymore,
but I still have the mod files in the mod folder.

When I create a new .mod file (copy the normal one)
the launcher deletes that file when he starts.

When I create a new.mod file with the same id (to find the mod) but
the local mod path, he finds the mod and i don't get the archieve error but
the launcher brokes while uploading or when I press the upload button.

What is wrong?

Well it is the same name.
I tried it a dozen times and then it suddenly worked...
