I can't view bottom part of the screen.

First of all sorry for phone picture but F10 and F12 is not working for some reason in this game and my print screen button is also not working for some time.

As You can see, I can't find declare war button at the bottom as the window is cut off at the bottom, I can scroll or drag the window to make it visible.

As you can see in this image too, I can't see anything below Relation Actions and its expanded, it should show me further options but I can't.

I am on Linux and my screen resolution is 1366x768, will I be not able to run this game properly?

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/pdx_settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Also in Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.

Found the solution, reduced UI scale in interface and its working properly now.
